We hold security deposits on certain items to protect against misuse and cover any potential damages or cleaning charges.
TRY ONS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS
- Security Deposit Use: The security deposit is used to charge for any damages or extra cleaning fees incurred during a try on.
- Conditions of Try Ons:
- Items must be returned in a "tried on" condition, which means worn inside and on a clean surface without stains or odour.
- If an item is returned worn or dirty, indicating it was used beyond a simple try on, a charge of £99 for a full clean may apply.
-Minor makeup, body odour or dust marks will incur a £40 charge for accidental stains.
- All black ribbons on the item must be intact upon return to receive the security deposit refund.
RENTALS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS
- Security Deposit Use: The security deposit covers minor damages or cleaning charges incurred during a rental, especially if the rental was purchased without accidental damage cover.
- Conditions of Rentals:
Items returned very dirty or with repairable damage may incur a £99 charge for extra cleaning or the cost of the repairable damage.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS
- Processing Time: It typically takes 7 to 10 working days for a security deposit to be refunded after an item has been successfully returned to our warehouse.
- Extended Processing: Please allow up to 28 days for items to be processed by our quality control team.
REFUNDS WITH DAMAGES
- Quality Control: If items do not pass our quality control checks or are returned with damage, the security deposit will not be refunded.
- Additional Charges: Depending on the extent of the damage caused, further charges may be applied.
