Start your rental journey by browsing our collection and selecting three dresses for a four-day home trial. Choose your dream dress and secure a month-long rental, adding it to your cart. Opt for our £15 Accidental Damage Protection for secure rental. After adding shipping and payment details, review the summary, and await your order confirmation email. Charges for unsuccessful orders are promptly refunded.

Our dress rental process is simple. Browse our collection and select a dress, scheduling delivery three weeks before your wedding to allow for alterations. Checkout by adding delivery and payment details. We’ll ship your dress, providing tracking details. If issues arise, contact us athelp@psonlinestyling.com. For returns, use the original packaging and prepaid label. Drop off the package at a DPD point on the return date and retain your postage proof.

We encourage brides to book their chosen dress for their wedding date as early as possible, even up to a year in advance, to ensure its availability.

Our standard rental period covers up to 28 days. If you need a longer rental duration, please email us at help@psonlinestyling.com for details and price information.

As long as the rented items are returned to our team within the rental period and are not damaged, you are more than welcome to take them abroad. As always, T&Cs will apply.

We offer 7, 14 & 28 day rentals for use at weddings/events. If you would like to extend your rental just get in touch with our stylists on help@psonlinestyling.com.The 4 day Try On service must never be used for anything other than trying on the item. If we feel the item looks to have been worn for an event you may be charged.

We hold Security deposits on certain items in order to protect the items and charge for miss use.

Try on's and security deposits:
We use the security deposit to charge for damages or cleaning charges created during a Try On. If an item is returned "worn" and dirty rather than "tried on" (inside and on a clean surface) you may be charge £99 for a full clean (if we believe the item has been worn for more than a try on or not looked after) £40 for accidental stains - minor make up or dust marks. All black ribbons MUST be intact when you return a "Try On" to receive any security deposits back.

Rentals and security deposits:
We use the security deposit to charge for minor damages or cleaning charges caused during a rental (if you have purchased without accidental damage cover). If an item is returned "Very dirty" or with repairable damage you may be charge £99 for an extra cleaning service or for the sum of the repairable damage.

Security deposit refunds:
It usually takes 7 to 10 working days after an item has been successfully returned to the warehouse to be refunded.

But please allow 28 days for items to be processed by our quality control team.

Refunds with damages:

If Items do not pass our quality control checks or have damage you will not be refunded and may be charged further depending on the damage caused.

RESALE

When you upload your dress through the portal here you’ll be asked if you would like to “rent” or “resell” your dress. Select “resale” If you would like to sell your dress.*Remember by renting your dress first you have the option to resell it at the end of its life and maximise your income.

We accept all bridal fashion in all shapes, sizes, and colours, whether it's been worn once or you changed your mind. Veils, bridesmaids dresses, jewellery, wedding dresses, hen looks, suits you name it!Just remember our stylists are approving items based on their quality, condition and style.

We welcome brands and boutiques to list and monetise their entire stock range either through rental or resale. New retail stock, pre owned or samples. We only accept stock that is in good condition and luxury.

We recommend pricing your items between 50%-80% of the RRP. Depending on the quality, condition and brand. Our stylists will be in touch to help you price your items after its been accepted.

Although some items can sell within days of being listed, typically the average time to sell is 60 to 90 days, however, some items can take longer. Our stylist’s will be in touch to help you optimise your listing and adapt things like pricing or imagery if needed. Brides/brands that shout about their listings and link to their products via social media experience faster sales. So we always encourage you to post on social media and tag @psbridalrental so we can repost too.

We encourage you to list as many items as you would like! Each item must be listed individually and will be approved by our stylists.

All items are available for customers to “Try On” before they commit to purchasing. This drastically improves sales and allows us to have a “no refunds policy”. Sellers that opt for our “managed” service receive a fully managed experience - we ship, store and clean your items for Try On’s and sales. Through “peer to peer” you must offer the bride a “Try On” at your home.

Sellers that use high resolution images of their wedding days see a higher return on their rentals and resales. Brides LOVE to see you looking happy on your big day! Just remember to include as many angles as possible. Front and back images are a must!

Your items MUST be clean before it can be rented or sold through our site. You can either organise cleaning yourself or purchase a clean through P.S. BRIDAL here. Cleaning costs are £150 - £200.* Please note we can note guarantee all stains can be removed with cleaning so this is at your own discretion.

Each bride should feel unique and special throughout their wedding dress journey. Through our managed service we offer an elite and luxury experience “Try On” at home service, which takes all the cleaning, picking and packing, shipping and returns off the sellers hands. The brides receive a free zoom consultation with one of our celebrity stylists and an alterations package.To take all the logistics and costs off your hands we take 30% of your sale and sit back and relax while the 70% comes to you.

We operate under a strict no-refunds policy. Once a purchase is made, all sales are final, and the Seller will not entertain requests for refunds or returns.

Yes! Please contact our stylists to book and organise a Try on of a resale item. We do not accept refunds on purchases so all "sales "are final.

TRY ON

Not at all. You’re under no obligation to have your wedding dress cleaned yourself. In fact, our staff would prefer to handle the cleaning themselves, as our specialist cleaners are experts when it comes to tough stains. By taking our Accidental Damage Protection, you’ll be covered for stain removals and things like zip and embellishment replacements.

The 4 day Try On service must never be used for anything other than trying on the item. If we feel the item looks to have been worn for an event you may be charged.If you have limited availability you can always contact us to adjust your rental dates on help@psonlinestyling.com.

ALTERATIONS

We offer free consultations during your "Try on" rental period. So our stylists can help you decide on the alterations you will need to get that perfect fit!

Don't want a zoom? Just take pictures from your try on and chat to your stylists via Whatsapp.

Note: Alterations are only allowed through our recommended seamstresses, as not all items can be altered.

Your London alterations appointment will be booked in at the beginning of your rental period.

We suggest booking a 28 day rental if you wish to have alterations this allows time for the seamstress to adjust your items for the perfect fit.

You must take your items to the seamstress appointment (including your wedding shoes to get the hem length correct).

Depending on the alterations needed sometimes they can be collected same day. Otherwise your seamstress will let you know when the collection date will be after your appointment.

*Heavily embellished and tulle dresses may not be able to be altered, whatsapp your stylist using the link below.

Our London-based reversible alterations service allows for the below:

- Hem shortening
- Bodice and waist adjustments
- Sleeve and strap adjustments

DAMAGE, LOSS, THEFT

In the unfortunate event of a stolen item, we reserve the right to charge the estimated replacement value of the item. If such incidents occur, we urge you to email us at help@psonlinestyling.com with “Lost or Stolen Rental” in the subject line. Quick and clear communication will allow us to have the issue resolved swiftly.

We expect all of our dresses to be treated with care and respect for the duration of the rental period. In the unfortunate event of a lost item, we reserve the right to charge the estimated replacement value of the item. Quick and clear communication will allow us to have the issue resolved swiftly.

At P.S. Bridal, we offer our customers peace of mind with our Accidental Damage Protection (£15) for rentals. This covers repairable damages such as broken zippers, lost beads, and stain removal. Our professional cleaning partners are adept at dealing with a variety of stains. We recommend that all brides opt for this policy, allowing them to enjoy their special day without any need to worry.

We recognise that accidents happen, which is why we offer Accidental Damage Protection. This add-on covers repairable damages, including broken zips, missing beads, or stains. However, should an item be irreparably damaged, lost, or stolen, or if repair costs exceed £99, charges may apply up to the item’s estimated replacement value. For garments exceeding £2500, a security deposit may be required. Any damage perceived as intentional or careless may still result in charges.

We want all our precious dresses treated with love and kindness so if we feel any of the above are seen to be careless or intentional you may still be charged.

DELIVERY

We send all our luxury rentals out on a 24-hour service with DPD or FEDEX. You’ll receive an email confirming delivery the day before your rental start date. FEDEX/DPD will then provide you with a one-hour time slot to receive your rental on the morning of delivery. You should be able to re-direct your parcel to a nearby parcel shop if you aren’t home.

*Unfortunately, our items are unable to be left in a safe place, so please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. If they are requested to be left in a safe place you accept responsibility for any loss or theft.

If your delivery address changes after your initial order, you can simply provide our team with the new address, so long as your rental period is over seven days from starting. You can email your new delivery address to help@psonlinestyling.com, where a member of our team will make the change promptly. Please note that if your rental period is less than seven days from starting, you will not be able to change the delivery address, so ensure that any necessary amendments are made promptly.

For resale items only we ship internationally. Please be aware that P.S. is not liable for any duties and taxes for any deliveries received or sent.

All of our dresses are meticulously checked by our logistics team before being shipped to customers. However, if you find that your dress arrives in poor condition, please let us know as soon as possible. By opening your package on the day of its arrival and sending us photos of the dress, you can help us to have the issues resolved promptly. Please bear in mind that minor wear and tear is to be expected with rental items, but we implore you to make us aware of anything that you don’t see fit.

Returns

You must return your rented item by the end of your rental period. Reuse all suit carriers, hangers, and packaging, including the delivery box if intact, to minimise environmental impact. A prepaid returns label is provided (on the front of the suit carrier in the plastic wallet) this allows you to "drop off" at your nearby DPD drop-off.

For home collections, email help@onlinestyling.com a week prior to your rental's end. Charges may apply for missing packaging items, as they preserve the items and reduce plastic production.

Refunds do not apply to any items once they've been dispatched on a rental.

Many of our dresses have back-to-back bookings, so it’s vital that you return the item within the agreed rental period. If you believe you’ll be unable to return the dress within the rental period or you need to discuss a rental extension, email us with the subject line “Late Return” and your order number.

A daily late fee of £35.00 may apply for each day that the dress is not returned after the final day of the rental period. This fee or any charge for an extended rental period instead is solely at P.S. Bridals’ discretion.

Environmental impact

Approximately 90% of emissions occur at the production stage. By allowing brides to share items, fewer items need to be produced, leading to a significant reduction in emissions.

We use eco-friendly cleaning and logistics processes to minimise environmental impact. In certain cases, it’s necessary for us to dry clean a dress rather than use eco-friendlier methods. However, extending the lifespan of an existing dress is better for the environment than having a new dress manufactured.

All Bae garments are made with love and we hope that you love every Bae order, however, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason whatsoever, you do have 30 days upon delivery to return your order back to us. 

Bae offer a strict 30 day return policy for online purchases on fully priced items. For all returns you will be required to send the products back to us. We will only accept returns in new, unworn condition with all original tags and original packaging.

You will receive a returns form in your order. Please follow the simple instructions listed on the form to complete your return. You are responsible for shipping costs for your return. Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning. Please also ensure you add a senders address to the parcel.

Please note, we will be unable to process refunds if items returned are not in perfect condition.

BAÉ are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Refunds

  • PLEASE NOTE: you will receive your refund credit within 10-14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse.
  • We can only issue refunds on items that are shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items(s). We are also unable to refund any shipping charges.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
  • Please note that international returns will need to add the following before our warehouse address to avoid items being held at customs: ‘GOODS FROM THE EU BEING RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE’

FOR LENDERS & BRANDS

We believe that weddings should always include luxury items, so we only accept items that are already in perfect condition or can either be restored to a “like new” state. Rest assured, our skilled cleaners are adept in removing all manner of stains and completing essential repairs. In the event that your dress is not accepted, it will be posted back to you promptly.

To rent out or resell your dress with us simply head to our "upload my item” section in the main menu. Add current photos showcasing its true condition. Items should be near-new or restorable to pristine condition. Once approved our stylists will be in touch! After your first booking send your item to our warehouse – it’s advised to opt for tracked delivery. If cleaning is needed, a £99 fee applies. We manage the cleaning, storage, shipping, photography, repairs, and promotion. You earn 60% of each rental; for instance, £1500 rental yields £900 for you.

If your stock hasn’t sold or isn’t already booked on a rental, you can request your stock back at any point. You’ll just need to cover the warehouse removal cost (£15 per item) and £5 shipping costs.

Each rental has optional Accidental Damage Protection for customers to take out in case of repairable damages (like replacing zips or embellishments and stain removal). In the event an item cannot be restored, the rentee is liable to cover the repair and cleaning costs at the discretion of the brand or lender.

We do not currently purchase any stock from brides or brands. But you can upload your items to our website to generate sales and earnings.
