  1. Browse the website and find your perfect items.
  2. You can contact the seller directly via the product page and ask for anymore details or request a try on.
  3. Once you've made your decision make a secure payment to purchase your items.
  4. Receive your new dress in the mail and track via the "Track my order".

Asking prices are clearly marked on each listing. Most listings include the original purchase price (RRP), so you can see how much of a discount you are getting off the original retail price. But there is always room for some negotiation with the seller. So feel free to chat to them directly.

When negotiating with sellers, be mindful that offering less than 30% of the asking price may seem unreasonable.

We are starting the bridal revolution! So Sellers on P.S. would rather pass on their items then have them packed away in a wardrobe or attic, never to be worn again. Adding to more waste and pressures on our delicate ecosystems.

Stylist verified

Our stylists check every listing and don't accept wedding dresses in poor conditions or purchased from known low-quality labels.

Counterfeits

P.S. doesn't physically inspect each dress to guarantee that it's genuine. Instead, we work with PayPal who protects against counterfeit items through Buyer Protection.

If you believe a dress you've received is counterfeit, open a dispute for a review and full refund.

All items are available to buy directly from the owner.

We sadly can no longer offer rentals due to pervious customer misusing the service.

If you love a dress that is out of your budget, you should consider reselling it after your wedding to recoup some of the costs.

We suggest sellers make time to be available for buyers to inspect and try on their items. But it's up to the seller if they feel comfortable with this.

SELL WITH US

1. Set up your account and upload your items through the portal here.

2. Remember to add photos of you or a model wearing the items as well. as product images or condition images.

3. Your listing will then be approved by our stylist's. If we require further information we will contact you via email.

4. Each listing has a blanket 15% commission charge on the total. Shipping charges organised by the seller.

5. Once approved your item will be automatically listed on the site.

Remember by renting your dress first you have the option to resell it at the end of its life and maximise your income.

We welcome brands and boutiques to list and monetise their entire stock range and help provide a more circular economy. New retail stock, pre owned or samples. We only accept stock that is in good condition and luxury.

We encourage you to list as many items as you would like! Each item must be listed individually and will be approved by our stylists.

Yes, sellers are in charge of all shipping charges and insurance.

We always recommend adding extra insurance to your postages to avoid loss or damage to your items.

Please be aware that P.S. is not liable for any loss, damage, duties and taxes for any deliveries received or sent.

We recommend pricing your items between 30%-80% of the RRP. Depending on the quality, condition and brand.

The lower the price the faster the sale!

Although some items can sell within days of being listed, typically the average time to sell is 60 to 90 days, however, some items can take longer.

You can update and optimise your listing at anytime by adapting things like pricing or imagery if needed.

Brides/brands that shout about their listings and link to their products via social media experience faster sales. So we always encourage you to post on social media and tag @p.s.bridal so we can repost too.

ALTERATIONS

If the dress isn't fitting you perfectly after you've purchased it don't worry! Most brides have multiple seamstress appointments to get that perfect fit.

We offer the most affordable seamstress rates with celebrity status on our red carpet style alterations service.

Select the alteration you might need ie if the dress is too long , select hemming service. Then our stylists will be in touch once we have received your payment/booking to tailor your appointment further and find the best date for your appointment.

Please be aware in busy periods there may. be limited availability.

Your London alterations appointment will be booked in once you've completed your alterations payment.

We suggest booking in advance if you wish to have alterations this allows time for the seamstress to adjust your items for the perfect fit.

You must take your items to the seamstress appointment (including your wedding shoes to get the hem length correct).

Depending on the alterations needed sometimes they can be collected same day. Otherwise your seamstress will let you know when the collection date will be after your appointment.

If there have been extra charges incurred at the appointment (more alterations) we will request payment promptly via email.

DELIVERY

If your delivery address changes after your initial order, you can simply provide our team with the new address, so long as your order has not already been dispatched.

You can email your new delivery address to help@psonlinestyling.com, where a member of our team will make the change promptly.

For Resale we can ship internationally. But this is up to the sellers discretion.

Please be aware that P.S. is not liable for any duties and taxes for any deliveries received or sent.

All of items rely on the SELLERS providing correct descriptions before being shipped to customers. However, if you feel the description is incorrectly listed please contact the SELLER directly to resolve the issue and request a refund. Make sure to open your package on the day of its arrival and sending us and the SELLER photos of the dress, so you can help us to have the issues resolved promptly. Please bear in mind that minor wear and tear is to be expected with preloved items, but we implore you to make us aware of anything that you don’t see fit.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We operate via a no refunds policy due to the second hand nature of the items.

All Bae garments are made with love and we hope that you love every Bae order, however, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason whatsoever, you do have 30 days upon delivery to return your order back to us. 

Bae offer a strict 30 day return policy for online purchases on fully priced items. For all returns you will be required to send the products back to us. We will only accept returns in new, unworn condition with all original tags and original packaging.

You will receive a returns form in your order. Please follow the simple instructions listed on the form to complete your return. You are responsible for shipping costs for your return. Please ensure your parcel is labelled clearly and securely packaged when returning. Please also ensure you add a senders address to the parcel.

Please note, we will be unable to process refunds if items returned are not in perfect condition.

BAÉ are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

Refunds

  • PLEASE NOTE: you will receive your refund credit within 10-14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse.
  • We can only issue refunds on items that are shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items(s). We are also unable to refund any shipping charges.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on the items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
  • Please note that international returns will need to add the following before our warehouse address to avoid items being held at customs: ‘GOODS FROM THE EU BEING RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE’

FOR LENDERS & BRANDS

We believe that weddings should always include luxury items, so we only accept items that are already in perfect condition or can either be restored to a “like new” state. Rest assured, our skilled cleaners are adept in removing all manner of stains and completing essential repairs. In the event that your dress is not accepted, it will be posted back to you promptly.

To resell your dress with us simply head to our "sell with us” section in the main menu. Add current photos showcasing its true condition. Items should be near-new or restorable to pristine condition. Once approved your listing will be live on the site!

We do not currently purchase any stock from brides or brands. But you can upload your items to our website to generate sales and earnings.
